Workflow was designed and built for human health. We started with the building, focusing on air, water and grounding, using sunlight as our primary disinfectant, and providing hard surfaces for easy cleaning and functionality. Our space design is nimble, informed by use, and optimizes functionality. We seek feedback and are responsive to the needs and dreams of our community. Workflow is the showroom for Unburden.

Workflow is workspace, community space, and incubator space for business in the urban core of OKC. At Workflow, we incubate, stabilize and grow businesses in the urban core that are minority-, womxn-, and neurodivergent- owned. As space that is designed for and owned by minority neurodivergent women, we provide excellent service and support to these groups. Our space is built to a human-focused standard that boosts productivity and encourages wellness.
Workflow is Oklahoma City’s Unburden showroom.
Unburden is an authoritative source for human health at home, in the workplace, and in our communities. Unburden is solely focused on human health. Unburden practices, products and providers are rigorously researched and carefully curated to ensure that they are in line with the core values of unity, integrity, and safety.
SPATIUM LLC
We create and maintain safe spaces that are optimized for human health. We provide the tools, resources and support for those seeking to lower their total toxic burden (unburden); this includes individuals, families, businesses and providers. Spatium spaces and processes stay responsive to needs and dreams of those we serve.
CONCEPT, DESIGN, MICROBIOME
We design spaces and concepts that maximize functionality and ease for the serviced community. We choose finishes, furniture and fixtures that meet the needs of the space and reduce sensory pollution.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We manage the maintenance on the building to the tenant mix across properties. We create sustainable onsite jobs that contribute to the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
FACILITATION
We facilitate dialogue, community and capacity building. We implement contemporary and ancient practices and that encourage growth and development within organizations.

CHELSEA BANKS
Chelsea builds sustainable business practices that support humans and good work. Chelsea is cofounder of Workflow and Unburden, and founder of Motif.
Passionate about placemaking and strong neighborhoods, Chelsea has worked with multiple commercial districts in Oklahoma City and was central in the development of the Uptown 23rd Business Improvement District.
Chelsea currently serves on the Uptown 23rd District Association Board of Directors and the OKC MAPS 4 Citizens Advisory Board. Chelsea is a founding director of Friends of Uptown Foundation. Chelsea is a step mother and partner. Chelsea practices cello, photography, yoga, qigong and loves tending to plants.

Wiley Maxted is a through and through practitioner of the unburden lifestyle. He is a leader and teacher that has a passion for the unknown. Wiley is a graduate of Classen SAS where he studied theater stagecraft and costume. He is an avid competitor and athlete that has earned international accreditations in taekwondo and currently plays rugby.
GINGER CASPER
Ginger Casper is cofounder of Workflow OKC and Unburden. She is neurodivergent and works to create safe spaces for human health. Ginger is a mother and is grateful for her expansive family. She is Of Counsel with C. Craig Cole & Associates. She currently serves on the boards of Epic Charter Schools and Autism Foundation of Oklahoma. Ginger has particular expertise in environmental toxins and over the past five years has cultivated healthy spaces, conversations and understanding for those with metal poisoning, hypersensitivities, allergies, autoimmune disease, mast cell disease and genetic generational trauma. Ginger practices qigong and kung fu, from a base of quantum mechanics.
SHERI DICKERSON
A native of Oklahoma deeply rooted in her community, Sheri Dickerson is an activist, an organizer, a clergy member, and a truth teller profoundly committed to freeing humanity from oppression and elevating society to its most optimum level. LOVE and Empowerment are Sheri's foundational cores, and daily mission. Sheri identifies as a queer Black non-binary human who totally appreciates and celebrates her vagina.
Sheri is the mother of two amazing children, a mentor to dynamic young movement leaders, and an extension of her village of powerful women mentors and activist Icons. She sat under the direct tutelage of the late Dr. Maya Angelou and the Legendary Clara Luper who helped develop her spirit of altruism, community service, grassroots organizing, advocacy and creative multitasking. Sheri experience inside the foster care system compels her to give back to young people in foster care systems as a volunteer for CASA, and the One Child at a Time Fostering and Adoption program. Sheri serves as a political consultant and strategist to progressive candidates running for office in Oklahoma with her company Epiphany Consulting. She also is a facilitator and trainer with Partners In Progress LLC, specializing in Diversity and Inclusion trainings.

ALEX COOK
Alex Cook was born and raised in midtown Oklahoma City. A graduate of Classen SAS, Alex has been in and out of theater since he could walk. Through his experience in theater he has crafted a diverse toolset from computer skills to carpentry. A lover of the unburden lifestyle, Alex hopes to broaden the reach of Workflow to be able to extend our resources to those in our community.
STEFANY FORERO
Stefany is a native Colombian, and is passionate about traveling, yoga, hospitality, culinary and wellness. With education and experience in Hotel and Tourism Management, Stefany has been able to live in different countries and cultural environments learning different languages (English, French, Portuguese, Russian and Italian) and admiring each place's identity. In Oklahoma City’s heart, she has found Workflow, a blooming space that opened her eyes in something she has always believed but not truly practiced before, a genuine balance between work, personal wellness and connection to others.
